You get the verb BE.(você pega o verbo SER/ESTAR)

doING something.(fazENDO alguma coisa)

We are (nós estamos)

recordING the video.(gravANDO o vídeo)

You are (você está)

watchING the video.(assistINDO o vídeo)

We are (nós estamos)

speakING English.(falANDO inglês)

You are (você está)

improvING your skills.(melhorANDO suas habilidades)

For negative sentences (para frases negativas)

you just say “not”.(você apenas diz “não”)

I am not (eu não estou)

watchING tv these days.(assistINDO tv nestes dias)

We're not (nós não estamos)

workING on Sundays.(trabalhANDO nos domingos)
